Which Darling Harbour Accommodations Are Best for People with Kids?

I haven’t really taken any major trips since I had the kids, and I am trying to figure out how to make the trip the least stressful for both adults and kids. We are going to Sydney, and we are hoping to stay in Darling Harbour. Can anyone tell me which Darling Harbour accommodation options are the best for people travelling with kids? I was thinking it might be better to see if we could find an apartment rather than just a hotel room, unless there is a hotel that has a lot of special things to offer kids that stay there.
