When looking for ex back advice there is one tip that is the single most important and whilst it sounds easy at first it can be difficult to do. What is this tip? It is to stop all contact with your ex. Sounds pretty easy, I know, but after a day or two of no contact you will want to call them or text but you must not. Believe me, if there was any way that you could get back together your ex will call you eventually. If you call them you could push them further away. By stopping all contact your ex will not be on the defensive and will start to wonder if they made the right decision.
