Increasing the size of your vertical jump is crucial if you want to improve your overall game in basketball. Being able to jump higher gives you an advantage over everyone else because you’ll be able to make shots as well as block shots that you weren’t previously able to! If you would like to jump higher for basketball then as long as you can put the work in at the gym you will be able to!
Aim to perform strength training three times a week and keep your workouts under and hour. Make sure your workouts are of high intensity too as this will rapidly increase your muscle mass if you’re eating lots of protein.
