An Old Story

I remember an old story my aunt and uncle tell. It seems that they went on a hunting trip to Texas one year. It was one of those set ups where the outfitters do all the work for you. They scout out locations and put you in the blind. They will even give you a rifle with a sighted in Rifle Scope. So my Aunt was sitting in her blind waiting for a deer to come by and my Uncle was in a different location. Later in the day, they came from the blinds and talked to each other. My Aunt asked my Uncle who that woman was she saw him with. He said, “Oh, just one of the other hunters.” Then the wondered how she even saw him from so far away. She told him that she was watching him through the riflescope. “What? And the rifle was loaded the whole time?” Yes. Now there’s a lesson in there for you.
