Living in Florida apartments on golf courses

Some golf courses also offer apartment life for those who are interested. These Florida apartments are often governed by a similar set of rules that golf course housing communities are. You may be required to dine at the course restaurant or club house, in addition to your monthly rent. You may also be required to carry renter’s insurance. Stray golf balls would be the biggest concern, next to rent, that is. There may also be stringent curfew or guest restrictions in these apartments. Make sure you know the rules before you sign the lease.
