Previous executive positions with Fortune 500 Companies such as Johnson Controls, TRW and General Motors placed Zaya Younan in excellent standing when he founded his company, Younan Properties Inc, in 2002. Younan made the move from consulting to real estate investment when he saw an opportunity to move the industry forward by implementing efficiency controls and improvements in business strategy. Since that time, his company has grown to prominence and has been recognized by Real Estate Forum and other important industry observers. Younan Properties now employs over 115 people and owns office real estate in promising markets across the US.
