Donald Trumps career was started at his fathers’ company. He totally concentrate on his father’s business of middle class rental housing. While studying in the college he revitalize a apartment complex in a village and turn it to 100%occupancy from 60% vacant with in a year. In this sale he earned a profit of $6 million.
After this he moved to Manhattan where he started dealing with large building project and earned huge profits. In Manhattan he utilize attractive deigns in his buildings and also got the public attention. During this he worked on development of old Penn central yard on the western side and demand for concession in taxes in return of investing money at the time of financial crisis from new york government. He also worked on javits conventional center project as well as really economically completed projects like wollmen link and central park.
