Visceral fat is stored deep inside your body. which protects our internal organs and Subcutaneous fat, on the other hand, is stored just under your skin. It’s the stuff that wobbles when you jump up and down. Factors such as more stress which increase hunger, overeating ans laziness and undernourishing or trying to lose weight too fast, causes belly fat. The common way to Lose Stomach Fat is to eat properly and do regular exercises.
