A stroll through the internet for education

May 4th, 2010

The other day I went trolling for philosophy degrees online. I was generally met with a refreshing jaunt through the opportunities available. I am not even sure what spurred me to venture forth looking for philosophy degrees online, but ultimately I am glad I did it. From Aristotle and Plato to Epicurus and Aristophanes, the learning potential is there if one just chooses to look. These days you can learn from many sources about many different things, but it was only when I was looking for philosophy degrees online that I found a nice selection of opportunities that would satiate my cerebellum. I have never met anyone else that conducted such an exhaustive search of philosophy degrees online, nor even someone who had scratched the surface of the wealth of opportunities out there to gain philosophy degrees online, so I believe I’m a bit of a maverick in this regard.

One might think that my exuberance over the quest to quantify the number of opportunities for obtaining philosophy degrees online is obsessive and more than a little boorish. Fear not, gentle reader. The image of me hunched over the keyboard in a dimly lit room trolling for philosophy degrees online might sound creepy and more than a little sad, but I have found that it was worth the public scorn heaped upon me by friends and family alike. Not once had anyone commended my diligence for the task at hand. Not once have I heard gentle words of support. No one ever said hey great job compiling a treatise on available philosophy degrees online. No one ever told me that my personal quest to determine the cost, process, and financing available for philosophy degrees online was a worthy one. However, I think it is crucial that if one is seeking higher learning, one should do a survey of available philosophy degrees online.
