The Abuse is Paying Off

When I spoke with my child custody lawyer earlier today, he told me that I should not have anything to worry about. After all, my ex-husband was very abusive to me and the children. There would not be any concern about whether or not he would be allowed to spend time alone with my children let alone raise them in his own home. For once in my life, the abuse that I put up with is finally beginning to pay off.
