Parents get Loan Modification Finalized

Thanks to a great loan modification attorney, my parents have renegotiated their mortgage with the lender. The terms of the mortgage remain the same with the exception of the length of the loan. They were allowed to take the remaining 19 years of the mortgage and extend it out to 30 years. This lowered there payment to a point that they can afford while my mother continues to look for work. My parents have been telling everyone they know about the loan modification and recommending the attorney that worked so hard for them. This has truly given them a second chance.
