I Always Check

I am in charged of hiring for the company that I work for. I have to check the background of each potential hire. That’s why I use the find sex offenders database online. It is fast and accurate. It has saved me from hiring sex offenders in the past. I am about to hire three people who I really think would be good for the company. If they past this check then they are hired. I don’t see them as being in the database but I have been wrong, once, in the past. Since that time, I Always Check the database first.
