When filing bankruptcy make sure that if having someone else is helping you fill out your bankruptcy forms, they are not leaving all kinds of loose ends. One good thing about filing bankruptcy personally is it will help a person see the importance of knowledge of what they are doing. However, it is bad to file with another company if that they may not tie up all the loose ends. Many unprofessional online companies will end up sending the debts to collections because everything is not fully explained. Losing a home would be worse than filing for bankruptcy. Check references before hiring anyone to help you.
