Fiancee Visas No Sham Scam

Cases of fraud have become an increasing problem throughout the country. In this regard, the government has taken the necessary measures to be able to avoid further cases that are derived from rather innocent and simple requests. The petition for a fiancee visa is not excluded from these measures. This is why there are a number of requirements that must be met for the visa to be granted. To ensure that individuals will not take advantage of a Fiancée Visa the government has restricted its validity to ninety days upon arrival to the country. Should the couple get married, the foreigner is still not entirely out of the wind. They must abide by the guidelines that the union will not be dissolved for at least two years.
