Factors that are Included in the FBI Attorney General Guidelines
September 7th, 2010
There are many factors that are taken into consideration before an FBI agent can work undercover. In real life, it does not work like most people see on the late night television dramas. Instead the FBI Attorney General Guidelines must be adhered to. This puts many specific factors into play. The agents safety must be taken into consideration as well as the reputation of the target, especially in the event that the evidence does not prove the target to be guilty of the crime that he is being suspected of. I am glad that there are so many important precautions considered before putting an agent in an undercover situation.
