Who Doesn’t Like Baked Chicken?

Baked chicken is by far one of my favorite things to eat. I usually end up having it at least once a week and sometimes more. I try to stay away from the baked chickens they sell in stores since I try to eat healthly and like my seasoning. When I make it I always remove the skin, put my seasoning directly on the meat, and replace the skin. Keeping the skin on helps to contain some moisture for the chicken while its baking, but its thrown away once the bird is ready. This is just too much fat there for me.
