Thick Baby Blankets Bad

When I had my first baby, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had no idea what types of things I would need. Luckily, the hospital took good care of me. When I initially bought blankets for my new bundle of joy, I got thick baby blankets that would keep her warm. Once I brought them to the hospital, the nurses told me I could not use them because babies can suffocate under them. Thankfully, the nurses had blankets I could take home with me. I still use these blankets and she is now three months old!
