The remodel question

I was at the Drake room last night having a small salad for dinner. In the past I would have eaten about five times as much;however I knew I had to limit myself so I could lose the weight that I needed to lose. While eating my salad I was startled when I heard my name called out from across the room. The person calling out my name was James. James came over to my table and asked me how I was doing. James sat down and told me that he was going to Remodel the kitchen and bath in his house. Since I have done some remodels he wanted my opinion.
