No More Bad Morning With Body Aches

I used to wake up every morning feeling not totally rested. I would have some minor aches and sprains throughout my body. I really didn’t know if it was my mattress or the way that I’ve been sleeping. If it were my mattress, then I’d need to get a new one, which wasn’t exactly cheap. Thank goodness I spoke to Larry my neighbor. He told how he too used to have this same problem. The solution was relatively simple. Get a memory foam mattress pad, he told me. Put this pad on my mattress and I should be sleeping like a baby. And you know what? He was absolutely right! No more aches and sprains in the morning. I feel refreshed and ready to star the day!
