Buying second hand?

I’m in the market for a John Deere Riding Mower and was wondering if anyone knows where you can get them second hand? From what I understand they run for years and years, so there must be someone getting rid of one somewhere. I suppose it’s the kind of thing you are unlikely to replace if it doesn’t break, so I can’t see any for sale anywhere. I would love a new one, but the car need replacing at the moment and I can’t afford to do both. The mower can wait if necessary, but my back isn’t what it used to be and the garden is becoming hard work these days.
