I shrimp on salads..I mean skimp!

Im not much of a fruits and veggie eater so salads have never really been my forte. However I do like shrimp so Ive been thinking I could try a shrimp salad. Maybe do the little deep fried popcorn shrimp hot out of the frying pan with cooked noodles and the cocktail sauce as dressing kind of? I have no idea if it would actually taste good or not! I guess that means I need to google shrimp salad recipes and hope theres one with noodles, because honestly I dont think shrimp would go well with lettuce, spinach, or dandelion leaves for that matter.
