A Wonderful Birthday Present

Being a Grandmother to a more than a dozen children and also a keen sewer, you can imagine my delight when I opened my birthday present this year. My lovely husband had bought me the latest Husqvarna Sewing Machine, the one that he knew I wanted because I had circled it in my sewing magazine.
Anyway, after a small learning curve (as these machines are quite technologically advanced nowadays) I’ve been sewing up a storm. I’ve been creating lots of lovely clothes for my Grand children for the summer ahead.
Normally, you might think that these clothes might be plain and boring coming from Grandma but on the contrary, I like to keep up with all the latest fashions and designs that you see in the magazines and I can usually work out how to make some pretty good look-a-likes to the most popular brands. Now I have the Husqvarna, this has become even easier.
