Medifast Restored My Self-Confidence

Last month I was away on a business trip, and I ran into a former coworker of mine that I hadn’t seen in years. She had lost so much weight that at first I didn’t recognize her, and she told me that she had succeeded at losing weight because of medifast. She said how easy it was, and when I got home I decided to sign up. Everything was so simple to manage, and I watched in amazement as the weight came off. It is the best feeling to be able to go to a public swimming pool and feel good while wearing a bathing suit!
