Lose belly fat with these workouts!

Ok, admit it. You are fat and looking for ways to lose weight quickly and effectively. This post will show you how you can lose those belly fats without having to go to the gym or buying any pricey supplements!
1. Rope skipping. Skipping rope can help you burn fats much faster than most other types of exercises. This is a good way to tone up your arms, legs and abs as well. Skipping helps you to keep a good body posture, which further works on the abs.
2. Doing the bridge. Imagine yourself as the bridge, with your toes and elbows supporting you in a horizontal position. Hold yourself in that position for 1 minute, and do not do this for more than 2 times a day. This works on the abs. Excellent workout for the abs in fact!
