He need to Quit smoking cigarette

I have a cousin and his been smoking since he turned 14, so young when he started to waste his life. 10 years after I noticed some bad signs for his health like coughing all the time. I have learned the effects of excessive smoking so I advised him to quit smoking cigarette as early as possible.
I told him to under take the Quit Smoking Cigarette program to prevent the possible outcome of smoking and may be if he learned about this dangerous effects he might come to his senses and might find ways and strive hard to quit smoking cigarette on his own.
