Diabetes with its Complications

Diabetes is one of the world’s top problems since it affect all the body systems when you have this kind of disease. In diabetic clients, they may have diabetic foot that might put at greater risk of possible complications. This condition Diabetes is due to the high blood sugars in the blood and the fact that blood goes everywhere it means that every organ system and every body part is being affected by diabetes. The most weight bearing part of the body is the foot; that is why it is frequently affected by trauma, even as mild as a shoe pressing on an area of the foot. Due to the damage to the nerves that are not able to feel this damage to the foot, so they continue walking or wearing shoes on the damaged area making it worse. Another is, there is a poor circulation towards the foot so total damage is expected.
