Bodyweight Abs

It has been along time that people have trained with their own body weight, and these awesome exercise.  When a full body and abs workout is what you are looking for the dont look any further than your own body.  Push ups are a great way to get a really awesome ab workout.  Its also a great way that you can get a full body workout any where you go.  You can keep the intensity level high while also keeping the ability to gain muscle mass.  I have been using them my whole life, and they have always been my favorites.
