Did you know there is a back pain cure? And it doesn’t involve the use of medications that only disguise the pain but do nothing to correct the situation. Of course any pain should be investigated by your physician, then if it isn’t anything serious, you may perform gentle exercise to strengthen the lower back muscle, have acupuncture treatment, increase vitamin D-3(calcium, magnesium and zinc) and add vitamin B12. Yoga works well and a chiropractor has magical hands. Don’t forget the willow bark for pain as it is easier on the stomach than aspirin. Soaking in a hot bath or letting the shower hit the painful area of the lower back, is akin to a massage and will relax the muscle greatly. You’ll be as good as new in no time.
