Autism Causes – Genetics
January 28th, 2010
No one can really say for sure what the autism causes might be. One belief is that there are genetic causes, but there are no definitive results that can prove this. Laboratories all over the world, but especially in the United States are trying to find what the is the missing link in the genetic connection. Many believe they are so close, then something happens to disprove their theory. Is it passed down through one family on a dominant gene, or is it a recessive gene needing two parents, or are there other factors that influence the genetic code that can cause one twin to be autistic, and the other twin to be clear? More work needs to be done.
