Whenever I hear about laughter yoga it reminds me my first steps with this powerful life changing method. At first I watched a movie about Dr Madan Kataria. He was telling about the beginnings of the whole movement, how it started and he was showing some laughter yoga exercises. I was curious and excited. Not so long after that I joined one of the laughing yoga clubs. The concept of such meetings is that those who are interested meet and do the exercises to boost the immune system, reduce stress and feel more joy. It really worked in my case. It still does.
