Trigger Factors of Acne Vulgaris

Acne vulgaris turns out to be one of the most common skin diseases. It spares almost no one and strikes all people of various races. There are unknown causes for an acne outbreak. But just to give you an idea, here are some of its trigger factors:
· Age- it is normal to get acne starting at puberty stage
· Lifestyle- lack of sleep, smoking, and eating too much oily foods can weaken your immune system and trigger acne as well as other health problems
· Hormones- if excess hormones won’t get flushed out from the body, it can lead to an outbreak
