Some Great Information

I have high blood pressure and I recently read a very interesting article. It discussed caffeine and high blood pressure and the findings are that caffeine is not bad for those with high blood pressure and it certainly does not cause it. I drink two cups of coffee in the morning and this is fine. They studies say that even if the blood pressure is slightly elevated from caffeine, it is short lived and small. This made me feel much better about my morning coffee. The article also discussed the fact that coffee and tea in moderation can be good for you.
