Sleeping long will not help to lose belly fat!

The circadian rhythm plays a very crucial role in almost all the body processes. A perfect circadian rhythm is very much essential for a healthy body. An individual should sleep for 7 to 8 hours everyday to stay fit and healthy. Sleeping less or more will have its own bad effects. To lose belly fat, always sleep normally. Sleeping for more hours will upset the metabolism and hence you cannot reap any benefits out of your fitness and diet plans. The body should coordinate along with your fitness plans to lose belly fat effectively. Otherwise all your efforts will be in vain. So do not sleep for long hours if you wish to stay healthy!
