Proform Elliptical Has Its Perks

Proform elliptical trainers come with a little benfit that a lot of other gym exercise equipment lacks: a neat little video game that is directly linked to the users efforts. Two games on their 850 elliptical trainer help blast away fat and calories based on the amount of energy that the user expends during the workout. Although this is not a reason by itself to want to get out of bed and work out, it can certainly provide the little bit of interest and motivation one needs when dealing with a tough morning work out. So while these games probably will not be used during every work out, they can surely help occasionally.
