Practice running safety when on busy streets.
June 10th, 2010
I anticipate I’ll be entering a running race in due course.
It’s imperative to make some progress when you start running.
I think my first race will be a 5K or 10k.
My wife got me into running and I’m sure glad she did.
There’s lots of really inspiring running stories that I love reading about.
You have to be really tough to run outside in Edmonton in the winter.
I love having access to a treadmill because it offers variety.
I’m just starting to look into cross training. I run outside, but make sure that I know how to practice running safety on busy streets.
I’m not sure why some people love working out and other people can’t stand it.
I plan to workout my whole life.
I hope never to lose my gratitude for the excellent health I’ve been given.
Running makes healthy both the inside and the outside.
