It may sound strange but if you trim your hair more often, you would have taken steps to get it longer and stronger, the fact is split ends are the reason hair doesn’t seem to get any. Longer. A hair that does not grow can never be long.
There are alternatives you can take through prescription though they are quite expensive. And come with side effects
A friend of mine used some oil called Mira hair oil and it also came with a shampoo it made her Hair Grow Faster
I also used it a couple of times and my hair grew quickly just with that. Few applications
