High Blood Pressure and Stress

I recently went to the doctor because I had not been feeling well and I found out that my blood pressure was way too high. I explained to my physician that i have been under a great deal of stress and he suggested that I do something to help relieve some of my stress. He suggested exercise and meditation. He told me about the many benefits of meditation and that he really believed that it would be helpful to me. I decided that I am going to give it a try because I need all of the help relaxing that I can get.
