Fulfilling My Dreams

I thought that I would be able to customize my number plate design fairly easily, but that has not happened yet. I can not find a program that is easy to use and will not charge me an arm and a leg. Maybe I should take a computer program at the local college. I bet that I could learn enough in that one class to write a program that would take care of this problem. Then I could sell the program for a great profit. If I only had the take to fulfill all of those dreams, I could be rich.
