Fat Loss Bible Review: A Benchmark

April 24th, 2010

A method developed in Australia, the Fat Loss Bible review has its share of good news and bad. Seemingly, it aims to break all the fat-loss rules out there, but seeing as how it is also made by a weight-loss trainer, it is not as different as one might think. In fact, the bible’s onset and pitch makes it appear almost generic. However, it advocates actually eating three full meals a day of low-crab diet except after exercise, meaning that what it is promoting is not a diet but a lifestyle, which is a far better recourse than most diets which require meal skimping.
