Change Is Good

I have been alternating between barbell pressing movements and dumbell pressing movements when i am trainig my chest. This allows for a greater amount of muscle tissue stimulation. I will do a set of barbell presses that i will immedietly follow up with a dumbell press. THis really seems to get my body to respond to the training that i am doing. I use a home exercise program that really works well for me. /i can do and try any thing i want when i am in my own home. I dont like to train with a partner so it does not matter.
