Carbs Are Good

Your body needs carbs in order for you to have the energy that you need not only for your workouts but also for your daily activities in general. You should never cut carbs out of your diet 100%. this will lead to imbalance and you can put your health in danger. All of the fad diets that are out there are only temporary solutions to your weight problems. A good diet will include exercise. Good eating habits go hand in hand with a good exercise program. Everone knows that a fat stomach is unhealthy but a bad diet is too.
