Being More Effective in the Gym

I only head to the gym when I’m in condition to work out. This means that I have enough energy to last several intense reps and counts. If I don’t have it, I don’t even bother. After knowing what paleo recipes were, my gym performance improved. I noticed that I could last longer in the gym after eating high-energy food without the additives, sugar and excess carbs. Now that I work out frequently and regularly and work out much longer, I’m getting the muscle and the strength I’ve always wanted. Every day is a day of renewed and lasting energy.
