Tips For Using Popcorn Machines And Supplies For Popcorn Machines

March 22nd, 2010

To operate a popcorn maker all you have to know are the functions of three buttons at the top of the machine. The first button heats up the kettle to about 400 degree F and is the first button to be switched on. The second button is switched on about 20 seconds later, when the popcorn and supplies for popcorn machines are added to the kettle. This button operates the motor switch which operates the agitator that keeps stirring the kernel, oil and salt. This stirring action is important as it prevents the popcorn from burning. The third button switches on the heat lamp that keep, the popcorn warm, once popping is over. Please note that the heat button must never be switched on when the kettle is empty, as it will burn the heat elements and damage the thermostat.
