Catering Business Moves to New Building

My husband gave me the best anniversary present that anyone could ask for. I had been running my catering business out of our home for the past two years and hoped to move into a small commercial building some day. On our anniversary, he drove me to a building about a mile from our home and gave me the signed lease agreement. He had leased the building for my catering business. He also said that he contacted the commercial cleaning services in town to provide me with all the cleaning supplies that I would need to get it ready for its first inspection.
