A great greek inspired cafe in Richmond

World famous for its collection of excellent cafes and restaurants, Melbourne’s trendy inner suburb of Richmond has this year chosen its champion. Demetri’s feast is the name of the game, the 2009 BOTY winner (that’s breakfast of the year) will test what you thought was possible to see on a plate before 10am (and more importantly enjoy on a plate) with a delicious line up of Greek inspired modern australian tempered dishes. Can anyone say Baclava french toast? How about scrambled eggs with feta and roasted tomatoes on sour dough, or semolina pancakes with rose petals and syrup?
