IVA Proposal

June 13th, 2010

IVA proposal is a document which comprises borrower’s financial status, the amount of his outstanding debt, his total assets, repayment capacity and recommendations through which all outstanding debts will be write off without declaring bankruptcy. So the purpose of an IVA proposal is to explain that why should a borrower consider IVA, why should a creditor accept this IVA and how will an IVA be sufficient for solving complicated financial issues on both sides. In this way the acceptance and rejection of an IVA mostly depends upon the convincing language and recommendation used in an IVA proposal to make creditors agree for its approval.
