Business Financing Services Have Moved to a New Location

Although banks will be the last to admit this, small business financing services are increasingly being provided by a new commercial lending source. In some cases, small business owners have already fired their banker, while in many other circumstances commercial borrowers are finishing their due diligence investigations concerning new business finance options before firing their bank. Some observers think that banks are not serious when they indicate that commercial lines of credit and commercial real estate loans are no longer available from them. But not only are they serious, but they are also actually doing business borrowers a favor because many other banks are not providing commercial loans either and do not tell anyone that they have stopped making small business loans.
