Approved with FHA

I had recently told my newly married best friend about getting an FHA mortgage loan, since they were first time home buyers with not a lot of money or credit. They had done their research online and spoken to a lender at their bank about the situation and she agreed that it would be their best choice. I learned later on that they were approved and would be buying their first home. They were so unbelievable excited because they could easily afford the monthly payments and were now on their way to starting a new life together. I’m glad it worked out for them.
