slight difference
June 23rd, 2010
The Samsung Tocco Lite is a phone with a slight difference. Not only is it touchscreen, it’s got a slide out qwerty keyboard. The touchscreen seems to work well, and it feels good when you press it, not spongy like some touchscreen based phones, although I couldn’t help noticing that it seems slightly imprecise. Dragging your finger down the screen moves the menus. It won’t be a nice transition if you already own a kinetic scroller device. though. The actual screen size weighs in at an eye-easy 2.6 inches, and it’s very clear. The qwerty keyboard is passable, and it’s easy to use for quick thumb typing. The build quality seems quite good. Overall, it looks nice, it works nice, and it’s price tag is nice.
