Nobody can befool you

There is no connection problem. The signal as well as the connection is pretty intact. Nor is there some technical defect with your phone. Be it Samsung, Nokia, Sony Erricsson, Motorola or any phone company, none of them produce cell phone which keep on receiving blank and dumb calls. So relax, there is no fault at your side. It must be some old friend of yours who must be playing pranks on you. Your job is to Find Out Who Called You and call him back telling that you are smart although and cannot be befooled that easily; rather than worrying about your cell phone and phone connection.
